New one comes out every Sunday & remains available for 7 days

All classes will take place via Zoom. The Level 2 class happens LIVE on Thursdays, while the Restorative class is pre-recorded and goes out on Sunday and remains available for a whole week. 

​

For live classes, you have the option of keeping your camera off for the duration of class or keeping it on if you would like to receive individual feedback and words of encouragement. 
 

Props aren't necessary but can come in quite handy. We will often just need a towel and a pillow and that's usually plenty.
