A studio experience, from the comfort and safety of your own home!

  • Live virtual classes are a great way to keep up your practice under the watchful guidance of a teacher, in a virtual room surrounded by others in the community.​

  • You have the option of keeping your camera off for the duration of class or keeping it on if you would like to receive individual feedback and words of encouragement.

  • Class will always cater to those in attendance, with lots of variations offered throughout. We usually start with some gentle breathing and release work, allowing you to arrive and be settled into your practice. Then, we get into a series of ever-changing exercises that will challenge your stability while also promoting healthy mobility. 

  • Props aren't necessary but can come in quite handy. We will often just need a towel and a pillow and that's usually plenty.
