Pilates in the Workplace

Keep your employees energized, motivated and healthy with weekly Pilates classes. Give them a chance to break up the day with some mindful movement and breathing and watch them make better decisions in the workplace. I've created a series of Pilates Mat classes specifically geared for workers in offices that spend long periods of time sitting and facing a screen. These classes require no props, only adequate floor space, and will focus on the wellness of the entire spine, pelvis, shoulder girdle and neck. Class difficulty ranges from restorative to advanced, and includes our most popular open level class which caters to all bodies.

Due to Covid-19, corporate Pilates lessons are now being offered virtually. You have the option of recording the class, thus making it available to your employees throughout the rest of the week.
