Keep your employees energized and motivated with weekly movement classes. Give them a chance to break away from a busy day with gentle stretches and functional strengthening exercises. I've created a series of Pilates Mat classes specifically geared for workers in offices that spend long periods of time sitting and facing a screen. These classes require no props, only adequate floor space. We'll focus on the wellness of the entire spine, pelvis, shoulders and neck. Classes are designed to cater to all bodies.
For those working remotely, we now offer this service virtually. Clients can request to have live class recordings made available to all employees, throughout the entire week.
